Overall, would not advise using this company. Took them 31 business days since pick-up to deliver my belongings. This company brokers all their work, they make-up their policies as they go, do not take responsibility of the mistakes their dispatch companies make, and are generally unresponsive. They originally said delivery would be between 7-21 business days since pick-up. When they missed that deadline, they backtracked and said they had 7-21 business days since the earliest delivery date, which does not make sense because i set the delivery date for “immediate” delivery. One star because the team that picked up and dropped off my belongings did a good job.

Great communication. Pricing was simple, straightforward and extremely reasonable. The moving crew was punctual, polite, friendly, courteous, hardworking, efficient and respectful of our belongings. They took apart and reassembled desks wrapped our furniture carefully and positioned the furniture where we wanted at our new location and removed all packing materials. I can't say enough good things about them. They far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Axis Van Lines! HOORAY! High-quality customer service still exists!

For our last move, the group of gentlemen that was sent by Axis Van Lines to pack up and move me was simply excellent! They took their time in making sure that everything was properly packed, loaded and unloaded the next day. Even though I moved to a 3rd floor apartment, they were amazing and very diligent to make sure that all was delivered and unharmed. They were very pleasant and professional and I definitely would use them again and wouldn't think twice to recommend them.

The movers I had worked with in the past were so lazy and disobedient. I found the movers from Axis Van Lines quite different from the lazy ones. The movers were all very immaculately dressed and professional in attitude. They somehow managed to deliver all my valuables unbroken. These pieces are a constant reminder of where I came from. So I was glad they didn’t cause any harm to them. The pricing policy of this company is very interesting- they counter any quote you might have gotten from elsewhere. This ensures the lowest bill possible while getting the royal relocation services.

I thought it was important to follow up and let you know what a really great job Axis Van Lines did for the house move. Moving houses is stressful as all hell generally however with the organized list that we put together and with the good input of their guys, it was a damn fine move. They work really hard. It all went perfectly. This company has some great team members in their company. They really did a fantastic job. I’ll need them again soon, so I’ll be in touch.

I was very pleased with the 3 young men from Axis Van Lines who helped us move just a week ago. They worked tirelessly to get us all moved in. The packers did a great job and nothing was broken or damaged. On moving day the guys arrived a little earlier than the given time and efficiently emptied the old house in no time at all. When we arrived at the new house they worked non-stop to ensure that it is all done including struggling with the tree and the trampoline up the stairs. Their efforts were appreciated by me and my family in making what could have been a stressful experience reasonably simple and efficient. Much thanks to team of estimators and its effortless crew.

I hired Axis Van Lines because I could afford them- I know how that sounds but moving companies are really too expensive. Luckily, they were very punctual and efficient saving me a lot of money. I just couldn’t find a single bad thing to say about them. I got a perfect and professional service at that price. Everything was smoothly organized. The movers had years of experience and it showed in the way they worked. They packed everything carefully. All my belongings arrived unscathed. I’m eternally grateful to these people.
